Shipping Policy

Production Time

All products at BlueJose are made-to-order and produced specifically according to your selected design, size, and color. We do not keep inventory, which means each item is manufactured after your order is placed.
Production typically takes 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before the order is shipped.
Orders enter the production process within 6 hours after being placed. Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Time

After production is completed, your order will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 10–20 days
Fast Shipping: 5–10 days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
